Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn or unused, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase. To request a return, contact us at mudassirkkon.145@gmail.com before sending the item. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported immediately. Certain items, including personalized products, perishables, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards, are non-returnable. EU customers may cancel or return orders within 14 days.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank may take additional time to process it.
